Images of the Sixties and Seventies, the Photographic Show

For those who were around during the hippie days, the sixties and seventies, many will smile with nostalgia at viewing the spectacular photos of Taos artist Paul Dembski.

For those who have only heard about those magical years, seeing this body of work will be an exciting peek through the lens of one photographer who “was there.”

Paul captures people and places that figured importantly during these times. His portraits show insights into the way of life of the counter culture with artistic sensitivity as well as authentic depictions of the landscape, both geographic and personal.

His photographer’s eye has rendered a photographic history in a way that words cannot. Without the use of words, many stories are told. It is an exciting artistic exhibit and will be shown at Starr Interiors during the entire month of June to mark the Summer of Love celebration in Taos.
